What's the typical path for someone to become a professional tubist? A lot of private instruction in high school followed by a music degree of some sort in college? I want to do the right thing by my dedicated child but also want to keep balance in his life.
Since I know zilch about tubas or life as a professional tubist, your help is much appreciated!
