Although I am not familiar with how the organization has been operating up to this point, you idea sounds to me as if it would be a good one. I belonged to T.U.B.A. for several years, sometime ago. I decided to stop sending them my money simply because it seemed to be a very large amount of money for a journal and little else. I realize things are not that simple and it takes cash to make things go. I am willing to contribute to a good cause. I have yet to be convinced that this is a good cause. I know there are some good people involved--and there are others, too.
I'm interested to see if others agree with your idea. I think it would be worth looking at.
