Hello, All.

I'm looking for a happy medium amongst all the Helleberg style Mouthpieces out there. I'm playing on a newly configured/rebuilt York similar to the recent Conn/King/Getzen .687" bore breed.
I've got A Schillke 67, Schillke-Helleberg, Conn-Helleburg, and a Conn 2 that I keep in rotation: each has qualities that I like & don't like. I'm aware that Doug Elliot can hit the nail on the head, but wanted to consider the large number of "stock" choices out there first.

I think I want a rim contour & medium ID like the Schillke-Helleburg, but a fuller cup/backbore like a Conn-Helleburg. I've also considered opening the backbore on a spare Conn 2 I have, to get a little more of the openness of the C-H, albeit with a lesser cup.

I would love to hear your informed comparisons of the Helleburgs I haven't tried! Any suggestions welcome!
