I can't answer either question very well. I passed on the extent of my knowledge of the Perantucci Helleberg. Bob didn't say what he called it, but something like that term should probably identify it sufficiently--at least if you are talking to him.
As to which mouthpieces were successful for me on the CB-50, I never did find anything that really felt great. The best sounding ones were the PT-88 and the Orfeo-Deck #1. Ultimately I decided the 88 was too wide for me and the Deck a bit too rounded a rim, though I liked the weight and the solidity it brought. I think my biggest problem with the CB-50 was the shortness of the horn. I'm tall, and I never could find a way of getting the horn to the right combination of altitude and angle.
