I just received a message from Bob Tucci in which he told me about his new Helleberg design. It sounds as though it might be what you're looking for. Here is his note. Contact Bob at bobtucci(AT)aol.com for more information.

On the "Helleberg" type of mouthpiece I finally had time to work out
something new. I obtained one of the Warburton Arnold Jacobs models, a very
good mouthpiece indeed. Using some of the concepts of this, essentially the
"inverted "S" shape" of the cup I made a new model with the typical 32mm
Helleberg cup diameter. The cup is as above, the bore is very large, no
straight section and a backbore that is quite open at the top. This works
fine, far stronger than the Warburton and is available in regular or
heavy-shell versions.
