So, let me make sure I understand:

Walter Nirschl sold the Bohm and Meinl factory, which he has purchased in 1991, to Wenzel Schreiber, so that now he owns no factory other than his personal workshop, in which he makes a couple of the Nirschl-Yorks per year on special order.

This raises more questions than it answers. Why would he be going to and fro between Geretstried (where B&M is located) and Markneukirchen (where VMI and a bunch of smaller shops are located)? Is his personal shop in Markneukirchen? Did Wenzel Schreiber retain Herr Nirschl to continue running the factory? Is Wenzel Schreiber owned by a company we know? Is Herr Nirschl still working with Boosey and Hawkes? Will we start seeing tubas like those previously labelled "Walter Nirschl" with the Bohm and Meinl label again?
