The word at least has that much foundation, that the musical instrument division has combined sloppiness in production and parts supply with an attitude of the-nose-in-the-sky. (Which is now no longer acceptable, as there is a very competent competition, and as this competition now can move rather freely on the UK market).
Very sad, as B&H actually have designed some very interesting instruments.
