It would be of interest if you would download the Spectrogram software from the internet and record your two octave sixteenth note scale. It would not only disclose the harmonic content of each note but also the frequency. You could study the lower octave to see if it is as well in tune as the upper octave.

Ones ears may not work as well in that low range as illustrated by poor string bassists who can play very much out of tune pizzicato and not seem out of tune to most listeners.
