Great pictures! I don't think that Mr. Washburne played the instrument in the photo. It probably is there for "character". Can't remember seeing a picture of what he really did play. I have a great air-check of him playing "When Yuba Plays the Rhumba on the Tuba" with a really swinging arrangement behind him, (not the standard Slickers fare).
