A couple of years ago I moved from tuba to euphonium. I am having problems with intonation. Even tuning to a Bb is difficult as I have to pull out the tuning slide as far as it will go and then lip it down a bit. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could be doing wrong. I have a Yamaha 321 euphonium and a Schilke 50 mouthpiece if that helps.
