Yamaha Sousaphones

My school has a bunch of tuba players coming up next year and my band director has to buy more sousaphones. He told me today that he's thinking about buying Yahama's. Does anyone have any experiences with them, be it good or bad? Does anyone have any experiences with the four valve Jupiter's?
