Alasdair Neale is an incredible conductor. I had the honor of playing several concerts under him 12-13 years ago when he was in NYC and found him to be one of the best I have ever had, in both his musicality and attitude. He shortly thereafter moved onto the West coast to bigger and better things. I would strongly encourage anyone who has the opportunity to play under him or see him in performance to do so.
