Hi everyone! I have a question on warming up when I practice. Sometimes I need to break up my practices into two, one hour sessions (usually one in the morning and one in the evening). I usually do a really good warm-up for the first session, so should I still do a complete warm up for the second, or, just an abbreviated one?

Also, is this sort of practicing beneficial?? Is it best to get all my practicing done in one two-hour block, or can I break it up for time constraints?
