I have several Conn catalogues that both describe and picture the 32 (the 3 valve model) and the 36 (4 valve) as front action tubas. They both have totally different valve sections than the photo posted above, so it's not either of those.

The 30 and 34 J's are top action models, so it's not that.

I own what I have been told by Conn, is an 80J CC, the tuba pictured in the original post is not like mine. (Front 4 valve, fised upright bell -- a rarity to be sure, in CC)

I have been told by Conn that the 82J was a top action model, so it's not that.

I would appreciate any information, particularly pictures, on the 80 and 82J. My catalogues only describe them.
