I disagree with you and Sean Completely! In a retail enviroment those horns are not demos you buy them or you finance them which means the store owns them. The buyer should realize that the object of the store is to sell the horn with as little damage as possible. So if a possible customer walks into the store and damages an instrument to the point to where the store must reduce the price then who is resposible for the money loss. Face it stores are in business to make money, the best way to make money is to satisfy the customer but not to an extant that it loses money for the store.
