Hi folks,
I searched thru the archives to find information on the best way to flush out and clean a tuba. I have read information about do-it-yourself bathing in your bath tub with soapy water and I have read that the best thing is to have a pro give your horn an acid bath.
I love doing hands on work, like woodworking, eletrical work, painting, etc. Can someone give me, or guide me to, a step by step how-to list of how to clean a silver, piston valve horn? I understand the general idea of what to do, but what cleaning products should I use to remove the gunk from inside my horn?
