Interesting that you should post this, because I was just about to do my own posting asking, "the Rudy mystique?". I've been watching this site closely for several years now, and it seems that many Rudy owners are incredibly loyal and dedicated. You don't see a great deal of used ones up for sale, and you do see a lot of people saying really good things about them. I got a close-up look at Russ Dickman's 4345, and the workmanship looked just great on it (I didn't toot on it because this was in a parking lot). The valves (rotors), slides, and triggers, just couldn't have worked any better. Just from reading this site, my impression is that Rudy's sort of offer some of the rich tone of the Alex's, but with perhaps better intonation, and somewhat better ergonomics and workmanship. Anyone care to comment?
