This might be a minor point, but I do find it annoying. There
are frequent references to Arnold Jacobs on this list. I recall
Brian Frederickson saying more than once on this list (please
correct me if my memory is faulty, Mr. Frederickson) that Mr.
Jacobs disliked being referred to as "Jake". Could we listers
please respect the wishes of a great player and teacher?
"Mr. Jacobs" is only six more keystrokes- surely not too great
an effort to honor his memory.
