I am getting a soft but very odd buzzing sound inside of my horn when I play(sounds like zuzzzz). This happens on every horn I play. I do not play with "puffed" cheeks. I think that the corners of my mouth are pretty firm. I practice a lot with just buzzing on the mouthpiece, yet this does not seem to solve this dilemna. Is it possible that air blown across the saliva on top of my tongue is causing this acoustical anomaly? Can someone out there diagnose this problem? I would really appreciate your help.
