I'm not really sure. As I said before, I'm only marginally aware of the model numbers Custom has used for their Hirsbrunner products. Generally, when I went to play tubas at Custom they would just let me go in the back (to the tuba house) and try horns on my own. As such, I didn't pay much attention to what model numbers were what, just how they played. Can you describe an HB-6? I might have tried one if it has been in production more than 10 years. I haven't been to Custom since they moved from Royal Oak. But I used to go almost every week and try out the newest products they had coming in. Such is the advantage of growing up in the exact same town as a major retailer.
