Oddly enough, I have come to depend upon my wife's intuition and conclusions in these types of things.

While I know some engineer-engineer relationships that work well, the concept seems frightening to me.
Of course, not everyone who is an engineer by training and job description is an engineer in the mental illness sense, like we are.
