You are going to be hard pressed to find a much larger euph mouthpiece than a Shilke 59, you have a 60... and then you start small tuba mouthpieces. I do not think there are really any shortcuts. Just make sure you are doing everything fundamentally correct on both setups and it should get better. At least that is what I preach to my doubling students.
