A little while back, I remember reading somewhere that using vodka as valve oil would keep valves from freezing in really cold parades. Is this true, and would it hurt the horn in any way, or cause a deadly reaction after mixing with the previously used valve oil. Any factual, or humorous answers are welcome :-)
