I second the factory idea. Most makers have no problem with refurbing a damaged product and can do so at a competitive price, if you can manage the shipping. An often-overlooked aspect is that the factory has ready-access to NEW parts and so doesn't have to spend expensive hours rolling out creases and dents. Your horn may come back better than new.
Drop B&S a line, being sure to include the story behind the damange (sympathy always helps). Their quote may surprise you.
