As bad as you make the damage sound if it were me I would want to send it back to the factory to get it fixed. I've heard stories regarding other brands of horns being sent back to the factory and coming back better than before. My gut feeling(others may be able to clarify this better than I) is that even if a repairman could make it cosmetically look good again it is unlikely that it will play the same. B&S will have all the mandrels and proper tooling to make it just like new and in the process it will most likely get lots of extra special attention that it couldn't get the first time around.

I would compare the cost of getting a new horn with that of sending it to the factory and make a decision based on that before I went any farther.
