Why are you ranting here? There are more efficient ways to get your complaints across effectively. Have you spoken with anyone on the I.T.E.A. Committee/Staff? Let me guess...no you haven't. You seem to really care about the ITEA and if you do, you need to direct your focus to where it belongs instead of vomitting your disgust here on this site. How about writing a letter to the committee members - the ones who do make the changes? Why don't you ask them whats going? Maybe they'll give you some insight that you obviously need.
Don't like it? Get more involved! Start donating your time and resources to help it become a better organization. If you don't want to help, then please just be patient.
