I said it before, and I'll say it again - the solution to the problem is to IGNORE the trouble makers. If no one answers them, they will eventually just go away.
I find this board very interesting, and Im sure you do as well. Don't leave - just encourage everyone to IGNORE the problem. If no one gives the problem children any attention they will go somewhere else where they can create fun for themselves.
