should be taken out of traffic especially on this fine board. If he is not blocked out by the board owner, all the fine and sane posters should make sure, that they do not provide him any sense of being legitimate. Make sure you do not reply his anonymous postings. Generally nobody should reply to anonymous postings.
This offending poster certainly will qualify for multiple psychiatric diagnoses. The one I find most appropriate is Jar Rot.
