This one's pretty specific - Canadian Brass, Red, White and Brass. Every time someone asks about listening materials, I drool on and on about this one. IMHO, some of the most amazing brass playing I've heard put to disc. Chester Schmitz and Warren Deck are unbelievable, and I think their sounds would be a great thing for students to have in their ears. Sound, sound, sound...
