The MW 45SLP is a great F tuba and can sound very much like a 4/4 CC if used effectively. I do this my switching back and forth between two mp's, a Laskey 30C and 30F. This tuba can do it all. However, for a lady the size and position of the leadpipe might be a bit over whelming. Then again I am only 5 foot 9 so it can be done. It just rests down between my legs a bit. The valbe spread is huge too. Give one a blow if you get a chance.
