Jason, I hear this a lot, but I never hear anyone explain the quantifiable differences between a rotory horn and its piston equivalent.

Who can enlighten us about specific differences that the different types of valves make? Physics would be helpful.

I am not convinced that the only difference between a PT-whatever and a PT-whateverP is the kind of valve: you have all that extra tubing on a piston horn that was just valve on a rotor horn, and the valves are surely in a different spot so that human hands can reach them, etc.

Anyway, I like my horn, you like yours, and it would be a shame to limit yourself to just pistons or rotors when shopping for your own axe.
