Need UPS Advice

Some months ago, I bought a nice tuba on eBay. The seller in Maryland shipped it by UPS to my home in the San Francisco Bay area (a cross-country trip), and it arrived in perfect condition. I recently sold the tuba to a player in Minnesota, and shipped it by UPS using the exact same box and packaging as when I received the horn. You guessed it-----the bottom bow was badly dented when it got to Minnesota even though I had plastered all four sides of the container with "FRAGILE" stickers. UPS is denying my insurance claim for repair of the bottom bow. Do any of you have advice as to what I should do next? I am upset and furious about this.
