As a music education major who owns his owns a tuba I believe that being an education major is not a valid excuse for not owning a horn. My studio consists of 10 tuba players, 7 own horns, and only 1 of us play on a BBb. All of us are with education majors and The school owns several perfectly fine Miraphones. My point.....educators are musicians too.
