My Silent Brass came originally with two of the clamps broken. I wrote an email to Brasswind where it was purchased and they sent out a brand new mute and paid for the shipping of the original mute back to Brasswind. Overall, they were very accommadating and remedied the situation in a timely manner. Now, if I can get Custom....
