A YEP 321 leadpipe will not give you the option of symph/bass-bone mouthpieces. It only accepts tenor tromb stems.

And I would hesitate switching to a leadpipe intended to lead to a larger than .560 valve cluster bore (321?.571).

One option taking your hacksaw experience into consideration would be to buy just the large receiver from a pro euph. Besson, Yamaha, Willson, or Hirsburner would not matter, as receivers hardly ever have a brand stamp.

Then apply some of your engineering skills in measuring and statistical calculation. That should tell you where to cut your present leadpipe. My guess is that you would have a nice angle-to-your-body thrown into the deal.
