Monette does make a couple of mouthpieces with more of a bowl shape. The model 97 and the smaller model 95. I know they are pricey in the extreme, but if the benefit of these mouthpieces out weigh the cost for YOU (at least $350 new) then it may be worth your while. It has been my experience that the theory of having the "weight in the right places" is most true with the Monette's. I use the 94, 94F and the 95. I have tried the Bach Megatone and the R&S Helleberg II heavy. The R&S seemed to function better of the two, but the sound was not what I wanted. As with any mouthpiece, matching it to your horn is always a primary concern. Just my 2 cents.
