I have a few 'Alexander Vienna tuba' questions to ask you tuba gurus about.(I've never actually seen one!!).
1) Are the valves rotatory or piston type ?
2) Are they in the key of F or C ?
3) Are they similar to the French C tuba ?
4) Are the figurings similar to the modern day tubas?
5) Was the Alexander Vienna tuba known as a good quality tuba?
6) Does the Alexander tuba company still exist? In which country were/are they based ?
