I learned the fingerings on F primarily by working on pieces I didn't know on CC. That way, I wouldn't have to overcome the muscle memory aspect of playing that would be present if I were playing something I knew well on CC. I found the learning process to be very quick, because half the fingerings are the same as on CC, so you only have to learn the other half. Once you learn them, you will be able to switch back and forth pretty easily. Just holding the instrument will automatically create the psychological link that will let you play without thinking about which button to push.
Bottom line, to learn to play the F, just play it a lot.
