Hi,
4 weeks ago I bought a B&S Tuba 3101 Hilgers-Modell.
It sounds really cool, especially for band-playing.
But I got one problem with it: I overblow it by playing very loud.
Maybe I just have to practise more in the future.
What do think about this problem ?
I like talking here, because I'm from Germany but there are no probabilities to talk at this way in Germany. I play the Tuba and the Tenorhorn/Baritone in several bands and orchestras and I think I play it fine. I'm not a professionell musician, but I earn some money by making music.
Who are you ? What are you all doing ? Are you professionell ?
At the Moment I'm looking for a new Tenorhorn/Baritone. I think I'll take a Cerveny, because I play the Baritone at a "Böhmisch Polka" band. We play "Böhmisch" and Tschezch Polkas. And that's really fine !! I think there are no such bands in USA ?
What do you think ? Which Baritone should I choose.
