The Dillon M1C (I use the bronze version) feels almosts identical to the G3 but much larger. I love it on all contrabass tuba work. The G5 however may be the answer as it is identical to the G3 up to the throat which is tighter along with the backbore. Some people really like the G5, I find it too small and restricting, but everyone is unique. Matt Walters should be able to help in this issue.
