Rick, one of the first things I did was have an instrument repairman who plays with me in the local concert band replace the cork on the water key. I had been noticing a lot of moisture around it after playing for awhile, but the new cork resolved that.
I'm leaning toward a leak somewhere else.
Klaus's comments about the tubing make me wonder a bit, however, because there are a few small spots here and there which like pinhole-sized points of corrosion. I wonder if one or more of them have "eaten" through.

Hopefully, it'll be in fine shape for August, when we start gearing up for the fall concert season!
