The speed of sound in SF6 at 20C is about 136 m/sec, so there's the basis for your calculations. If you inhale a bit of SF6, the sonic result is the opposite of a "helium" voice--your voice takes on a deep muffled sound. Really kind of eerie.

Don't abuse SF6 too much--since it's so heavy, it takes a while to expel it from your lungs. Standing on your head and exhaling will help. Before inhaling SF6, hyperventilate a bit to get your blood oxygen up.
