Being the person needing visuals, that I am, made me go to the Weril site. It is of the index type, that I do not like very much, as it is impossible to give precise links. Hopefully my workarounds actually work.

Weril does not provide an illustration of the H612, that Chuck reports of. But apparent from the listing the 6xx series has only 3 valves. A pic of the Bb version, H672, hopefully pops up above these lines.

The 4 valve H980 should appear through the link below. I have only had the chance to test it in its first incarnation, which I found very convincing for a non-comp euph. The archive should have my postings on that one. Since then Joe Sellmansberger of MidSouth music in Memphis has reported on a never version being even better.

However, if the Weril H612 in C actually does come with only 3 valves, then I would find it not extremely appealing considering the range a euph is expected to cover.
