If you've got a spare mouthpiece to sacrifice and some basic metalworking skills, you can make your own version of the Berp quite easily. Just plug the end of the shank of the moutpiece and drill a few small holes (start small, enlarge them until you get the right amount of resistance) in the part of the shank nearest the cup.
