Given your last comment, I think that you can empathize with my situation the best. If you are able to post more info about Paxil with regards to any side effects that you have experienced, it would be appreciated. I'm quite reluctant to try any medication, even the mild beta-blockers, but this may be what I need.
According to your MD, for example, does Paxil correct the underlying brain chemical imbalance with time (so you can stop taking it), or is this something you expect to take throughout your performing life?
