when asking the Dr. about beta blockers such as inderal (sp?) he told me that was not a good solution. there are too many variables for the heart. Paxil is designed specifically for anxiety and I have not had any (Panic) attacks since I began usinig it. Allows me to focus on the music and what is coming out of my horn. 20 mg is doing wonders for me. I had spells that made me have to leave gigs.
