Another usual board question:
I want to get a small-bore Eb rotary tuba for quintet work (only) and don't have much money. Of course I'd like it to play in tune and be free blowing, and inexpensive. I don't like pistons.
Suggestions? I'd get an F but the ones whose sound I like are not free-blowing.
