I don't have as much audition experience as most people, but I have done 6 in the past 3 months, and I have found that if I start on my open G (I have a CC) and go half steps slowly down to C. Then I go up an octave to the second space C and half step my way down 2 octaves. After that, I work slowly into my high range by doing scales from two-ledger-line Bb and then doing the B natural, C, etc...up until my lips won't go any higher (usually the F scale from the 4th line F). This usually leaves me feeling pretty good. I think that warm-ups are more personal than anything, though. Almost as much mental as physical. You have to play what puts you in the mental state that you have to be in to play well.
