There we have hit the nail on the head!
The primary reason I am doing most of my research for this horn purchase on the Internet is that I am currently stationed in Korea, and will not be back in the States until well after I would like to purchase whatever new tuba I plan on buying.
As of yet, I have not found a music store in Seoul that carries professional tubas, at all, much less anything as esoteric as an Eb, F, or the Alex 166.
