I´ve got a 5 meter long piece of garden hose in my car I call my autobahn-tuba. Yes, it could also be called a burble -o- phone , but whenever it starts to burble too much I can easily get all the water out by blowing a fwew lungs full of air through the hose with great force and it only has to bwe done at liberal intervals.
